KMS Technology
Challenge
13 modules had drifted apart over time, deep business flows existed only on desktop, and no shared system held any of it together.
Approach
Broke desktop-only business rules into flows that work on a phone, then rebuilt the design system so every screen across the 13 modules ran on the same patterns.
Impact
Every module now runs on the same patterns, so the app is familiar wherever you land and faster for the team to build on. 10,000+ Android installs by the last count.

iOS & Android App, Design System, Strategy
6 months, University Capstone
RMIT, TymeX
Challenge
First-time investors meet stock trading as jargon, and the automation that could help them is the hardest part to approach.
Approach
Built cross-platform in Flutter so one codebase serves both stores, breaking automation setup into step-by-step choices in plain language.
Impact
Shipped as a working cross-platform app, with the full automation flow, live pricing, and chatbot running.

Challenge
Listing new gold products meant 5 hours a month of re-typing inventory into Shopify, pulling two teams off their jobs and risking wrong prices going live.
Approach
Built a Shopify app that reads free-text product names to infer gold type and stone details, then prices each listing live from real-time gold rates and weight.
Impact
That 5-hour monthly job for two teams is now a single-minute upload, with prices and tags correct before anything goes live.

BTKK Dashboard
Retail Web App
Product Designer, Front-end Developer
In-house
Challenge
Customers called or visited nearly a hundred times a day to check the gold price, the one number driving both product pricing and their own investments.
Approach
Staff update the price once and it lands instantly on the in-store dashboard and the website. Prices sit first, product second, for reading at a glance.
Impact
Saved staff the time those repeat calls and walk-ins ate, and the price is now checkable anywhere without asking.

Long Banh Mi
Food & Beverage Website
Designer, Developer
Freelance
Challenge
A neighbourhood banh mi shop's site was a static holdover with the menu as a flat image, so every price change meant waiting on IT.
Approach
Rebuilt it with the menu and content in Sanity, so any staff member can edit prices and dishes without touching code.
Impact
Staff update the menu themselves the same day, on a site drawing roughly 3,800 visitors a month.

Ohquao Artist Club
Arts & Entertainment Landing Page
Designer, Developer
Freelance
Challenge
A Vietnamese retailer built on artist collaborations had long wanted a page inviting new artists in, without the in-house capacity to build it.
Approach
Built the recruitment page solo in Astro, splitting the gallery into two formats so featured artists and standard work each read at their own weight.
Impact
The page holds a permanent spot in the brand's main navigation, and the delivery has brought referrals since.

Phoenix Tran
Personal Branding Website
Designer, Developer
Freelance
Challenge
A coaching professional had no website, so her detailed philosophy only ever reached people one conversation at a time.
Approach
Structured her long-form philosophy around a left-hand index, so readers move through dense writing without losing their place.
Impact
Her thinking now reaches people before the first conversation, and the work has led to referrals since.

Concept
Enterprise Design Systems
Design Systems Lead
Company
Challenge
Deep navigation and edge-case states kept forcing one-off tweaks outside the design system, so it drifted from what engineers actually shipped.
Approach
Rebuilt it around the states that broke the old one, engineering tokens, variants, and edge cases into a library engineers could pull from directly.
Impact
30 components and 100+ variants in 3 months, and 3 trainees turned into contributors on it.

Chroma Gallery
Arts & Culture Web App
Lead Designer, Team Lead, Lead Front-end Developer
University Project
Challenge
A working web app with its own CMS, on a fixed deadline, built on Firebase and SvelteKit that nobody on the team had touched before.
Approach
Ran sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews for a team of 6, taking everyone from zero on Firebase and SvelteKit to shipping.
Impact
Delivered the full app and its CMS on a fixed deadline, on a stack the whole team learned during it.

MovieNow
Entertainment Native Swift iOS App
Lead Designer, Front-end Developer
University Project
Challenge
Browsing by genre usually means scrolling long static lists, which leaves the whole effort of discovery with the viewer.
Approach
Led the design and built the front-end in Swift, turning genre browsing into one-at-a-time swipes on a gesture people already know.
Impact
Shipped as a working front-end, with genre discovery down to one thumb movement.

LocalLens
Social Media Native Android Jetpack App
Designer, Developer
University Project
Challenge
The Android course taught the older XML approach on a team assignment. Two earlier projects had earned enough trust that going solo was approved.
Approach
Self-taught Compose and Material You, then built the whole app solo: feed, map-pinned photos, profiles, and authentication.
Impact
Shipped alone on a stack picked up mid-project, feed and map and auth all working.

YumRank
Food & Beverage Web App
Team Lead, Lead Designer, Lead Front-end Developer
University Project
Challenge
Review platforms cannot confirm a reviewer ever visited, so the rankings built on those reviews carry no weight.
Approach
Built the check-in that makes reviews trustworthy: guests verify a visit by geolocation and a time-limited QR before they can post.
Impact
Shipped from requirements to delivery, and left a team of 4 new to Agile running it themselves.
