I design product end to end and ship the front-end myself, so the work that leaves my hands is exactly the work that reaches users. I build the systems underneath the screens, and I stay close to the build until it's live.
I’m Quân Đỗ, a designer who codes. I lead product design end to end and ship the front-end myself, so the work that leaves my hands is exactly the work that reaches users.
That habit shows up clearest in the systems I build underneath the screens: rebuilding a design system from scratch for a 13-module HR app until it ran across hundreds of screens and reached 10,000+ installs, or building a second one from scratch in three months that turned trainees into contributors. The tool changes project to project, the habit doesn't, turn a messy product into something other people, or my future self, can build on without me in the room.
I care most about problems where a business is quietly held together by manual work nobody's translated into software yet, a jewelry team spending five hours a month building listings by hand, a shop fielding a hundred calls a day just to quote a price, a restaurant that needed a developer just to change a menu. I've also led teams into stacks nobody on the team had touched before and stayed until they could run it without me. Different context, same instinct, understand the actual problem before deciding what to design, then stay close enough to the build that nothing gets lost on the way to the user.
Design
Product design end to end, from understanding the real problem and mapping flows to polished, high-fidelity UI across mobile and web.
Develop
Front-end development that ships the design faithfully, built on a design system I rebuild from scratch so the next screen ships faster.
Deliver
Staying close to the build until it reaches real users, whether that's leading a team into an unfamiliar stack or cutting a manual process down to a minute.
